Please complete the fields below to confirm the usage agreement for the labs, workshops and media studios of the Entrepreneurship Center of HWR Berlin. After submitting, you will receive a copy of the full agreement by email.

The essentials at a glance – what you agree to:

Prohibitions: No illegal, discriminatory, violence-glorifying or pornographic content; no open fire, pyrotechnics or hazardous substances; no excessive noise or endangering others.
Qualification: Use equipment only after the required briefing; dangerous or complex equipment additionally requires a practical test.
Safety & community: Observe safety and house rules, keep escape routes clear, work considerately and leave everything clean and ready to use.
Guests & externals: You are responsible for the conduct of everyone you bring in (e.g. models, clients, service providers).
Liability: Use is at your own risk; adequate liability insurance is recommended.
Media studios & GDPR: Recordings only with written consent; obtain the necessary rights yourself; GDPR-compliant storage.
Access: Do not pass on keys/cards.
